How do I register Memora?
After installing Memora, you get 7 days of free access. After that, the app will prompt you to register. Click "Register Now" in the app, which will open your browser with your license pre-filled. Create an account and verify your email to activate your license.
Why do I need to register after 7 days?
Registration is free and helps us manage licenses, provide support, and keep improving Memora. Your registration gives you continued access to all features, license management, and support access.
What happens if I change my computer?
Free licenses are limited to 1 computer. If you change your hardware, you'll need to request a license update using the form below. Donors get 3-computer support, so hardware changes are handled automatically.
How do donations work?
Donations are voluntary and support ongoing development. Any donation (minimum €5) unlocks donor benefits: 3-computer license, no startup prompts, priority support, and early access to updates. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I use Memora on multiple computers?
Free licenses support 1 computer. Donors can use Memora on up to 3 computers with the same license. If you need more, please contact support.
Is my data private?
Yes. Memora processes your photos locally on your computer. We never upload, access, or store your photo content. The only data sent to our server is your license ID, a hardware fingerprint (hashed processor ID), and photo count for usage tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if I lose my license key?
If you've registered, you can find your license key in your account dashboard. If you haven't registered, the license is stored locally in your Memora data folder. Contact support if you need help recovering it.
How do I get a refund for a donation?
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. However, if there was an error or issue with your payment, please contact us at contact us and we'll help resolve it.
