Is Memora really free?

Yes, Memora is completely free. All core features are included at no cost. We offer an optional Pro version with advanced features for power users, but the free version is fully functional with no time limits or restrictions.

Does Memora upload my photos to the cloud?

No. Memora is 100% local. All AI processing happens on your machine, and your photos never leave your computer. Your privacy is our priority.

Will Memora modify my original files?

Never. Memora is completely non-destructive. It creates its own database of thumbnails and metadata but never touches your original photo files. Your Lightroom catalogs remain untouched as well.

How long does the initial indexing take?

It depends on the size of your library and your hardware. Typically, Memora processes about 500-1000 photos per minute on a modern system. The good news is you can start searching immediately while indexing continues in the background.
